Ensemble Performing Arrangements

The new Ensemble Performing Arrangements series from Musical Contexts provides instant 'print, play, practice, perform' resources for flexible ensemble performing in the music classroom.

First in the series is the Neil Diamond classic "Sweet Caroline" arranged for three-part flexible classroom ensemble with melody, chords and bass line parts.

Each arrangement comes with a Full Score (melody, chords and bass line) along with a Lead Sheet (treble clef melody line, chords and lyrics), Parts (melody line, chords: colour-coded for Chords I, IV and V and bass line) with and without note names and a B flat melody line part for transposing instruments.

An information sheet contains Historical Background and Contexts to the Music along with a MAD T-SHIRT analysis of how the Elements of Music, Theory, Knowledge and Effective Performance Technique (tempo, dynamics, articulation and performance directions are given on all scores as appropriate) are used in each arrangement.
